Boob goes greener and greener

by on February 25, 2011

We were delighted to be sent a newsletter from Boob this week who are understandably proud to announce that since 2008, they have increased green materials used from 20% to 81% of the total production. Their goal is to make that figure 100%.

In a current economic climate where everyone’s budgets are squeezed and often exploited to give more for less, it is nice to know that Boob’s primary goals remain the same as they have always been, offering high quality design, function and fabric and caring for everyone and everything involved in the production; the people as well as the environment.

Boob as a company exists because there are newborn babies and babies on the way. And they feel it’s only natural that we care for the planet they’ll live on.  The main part of their production is in Europe and all garments are certified according to OEKO-Tex 100. Their aim is to use environmentally optimal materials.

It is because of all of the above reasons that Everyday Maternity and its customers love Boob maternity, nursing and baby products so much and the new Spring/Summer collection that has recently arrived with us is just as fabulous.
